Welcome Message Static Signage Guidelines

• Logo will be provided by client/event stakeholder
• Synect will embed logo into approved static Welcome Message template
• Synect will update the template background with imagery/colors relevant to the event
• Logo/branding submission guidelines:
  • Vector format preferred (.svg, .ai, or .eps)
  • If JPG or PNG format is provided, image dimensions must be at least 1920x1080 pixels
