Construction and Engineering Suppliers
Construction and Engineering suppliers consist of architectural & engineering services, construction services, related project oversight services and owner furnished materials for construction projects at Orlando International Airport and Orlando Executive Airport.
Invoice Submission
In an effort to ensure prompt payment, invoices and pay applications should be submitted as follows:
- Professional Services Invoices – Professional services invoices should be submitted for payment using Box.com. Authority personnel in the Project Controls department will contact new suppliers to establish Box.com accounts.
- Construction Pay Applications – Contractors may submit Pay Applications to the Projects Control department or through the project’s Owner’s Authorized Representative (OAR).

Invoice Submission
In an effort to ensure prompt payment, invoices should be submitted directly to Accounts Payable, as follows:
- Email – Invoices submitted via email should be sent to goaa-ap@goaa.org. Please email invoices in either PDF or TIFF format. The sole purpose of this email account is for the submission of invoices from non-construction and engineering suppliers – no other business should be conducted using this email.
- Mail – If you are unable to email your invoice in either PDF or TIFF, please mail your invoice to:

Community Project Funding Requests
Orlando International Airport (MCO) Projects
BP- S195 Terminal C P1X Airside Concourse
Scope: The project includes site work, utilities, complete building for (4) international and domestic gates. Related projects within this program include: tenant and concessionaire buildouts as well as the install of the Independent Carrier System (ICS) Baggage system.
ROM: Estimated to be $404M

Realign SB JFB at Station Loop Road
Scope: Adjust the Southbound lanes of Jeff Fuqua Blvd to their ultimate configuration and provide for a better flowing intersection at the JFB/Station Loop Road Intersection (Sheet 1 of the attached). As an alternative to constructing the entire concept, the proposed construction can be paired down to meet a specified budget (Sheet 2 of the attached). This project has only been developed in concept and no design or ROM has been completed for this project.
ROM: Estimated to be $10M – $15M for full concept, or $6M – $8M for the reduced concept.
Terminal C Multi-Modal Connector Pedestrian Bridge and Rental Car Lobby Design Build Project
Scope: This project includes design and construction to expand the existing Ground Transportation Facility (GTF) Boulevard with a conditioned connection between the Landside Terminal building and the South APM Train Station. The scope also includes a proposed RAC Lobby expansion, which will be flush with the existing GTF building on the north side and to column line T13/ T14 expansion joint, including new piles and foundations, structure, elevated floors, exterior envelope, and interior finishes.
ROM: Estimated to be $55M
Orlando Executive Airport (ORL) Projects
Rehabilitation of Entry Roads
Scope: Rehabilitate existing asphalt pavement on Rickenbacker Drive (including the parking lot at the end of Rickenbacker Drive), Fairgreen Street, Humphries Avenue, East Amelia Street, Herman Avenue and Showalter Aviation Street (formerly East Concord Street) that generally includes a mill and overlay of hot mix asphalt. The existing roadway pavement is at or near the end of its useful life cycle, and this Airport infrastructure project will improve the access to the Orlando Executive Airport and its various commercial/business properties.

Greater Orlando Aviation Authority uses Viewpost to process payments to its suppliers. Viewpost also allows the suppliers to:
- Receive Secure Electronic Payments – Suppliers can request to receive electronic payments from Greater Orlando Aviation Authority.
- Access Remittance Advices – Remittance advices are available using the portal for all payments made by Greater Orlando Aviation Authority.
- Receive Email Notifications – Request email notifications to advise when payments have been sent.
- View Historical Payment Records – Historical payments are available using the portal for all payments made by Viewpost on behalf of Greater Orlando Aviation Authority.
