FAQs
To do business with GOAA, register as a vendor through our Procurement Portal at OpenGov (https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/goaa)
Once registered, you can view current solicitations, submit bids, and receive notifications about future contracting opportunities.
GOAA offers several programs to support inclusion and small business participation, including:
- Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) programs (federally funded opportunities).
- Local Developing Business (LDB) and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) programs (non-federal opportunities).
These programs are designed to create equitable access to contracting and concession opportunities for small, disadvantaged, and veteran-owned firms.
Businesses interested in becoming certified under GOAA’s DBE, ACDBE, LDB, or VBE programs must submit an application through the GOAA Certification Portal: B2G Now Vendor Management System (https://goaa.gob2g.com/)
The certification process can take up to 90 days once a complete application is received and all supporting documentation has been verified.
To help avoid delays, applicants should ensure their submissions are accurate, complete, and include all required forms and attachments.
DBE/ACDBE-certified firms must renew their certification annually. LDB-certified firms must renew their certification every three years. Renewal reminders are sent directly to each firm before the expiration date.
Ensure your company’s contact information is up-to-date in the certification portal to receive important renewal notifications and instructions.
The Office of Business Opportunity and Exchange (BOeX) hosts outreach sessions, networking events, and educational workshops throughout the year.
To receive updates about upcoming events and meetings, complete GOAA’s Event Interest Form (https://confirmsubscription.com/h/r/137F1CA8581247D92540EF23F30FEDED)
All active procurement and contracting opportunities are posted on GOAA’s official Procurement Portal: Open Gov (https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/goaa)
The portal includes solicitations, bid documents, deadlines, and updates. You can search by project type, register for alerts, and submit responses directly through the system.
