Step 1: Customs & Immigration

Have your passport and any required documents ready for inspection

Passengers can download the MPC app before leaving home and then complete the form up to 4 hours prior to landing and arriving at the Gate.

Step 2: Baggage Claim
After clearing Immigration:
- Proceed to the baggage carousel to claim all checked baggage, regardless of your final destination.
- Check the oversize door next to Carousel 1 for large or special items.
- Free luggage carts are available for use inside Customs only. Once you exit, carts must be returned to a porter.
After exiting Customs & Immigration:
- An airline representative will take your checked bags and place them on the TSA screening belt.
Step 3: Proceed to TSA security for your connecting gate.
NOTE: There are three Security Checkpoint areas that correspond to your gate number:
- Gates 70-129 (Terminals A and B)
- Gates 1-59 (Terminals A and B)
- Gates C230-C245 (Terminal C)
For Gates 70-129: Stay to your right, follow signs to TSA Security. Once through security, continue to your gate.
- For Gates 70-99: These gates are located immediately after the TSA Security checkpoint.
- For Gates 100-129: After clearing the TSA Security checkpoint, take the Gate Link to Terminals A and B. When you arrive, remain inside the secured area and walk to the next set of Gate Links toward the right (sign indicates Gates 100-129). If you exit the area, you will need to go back through the TSA security checkpoint.
- For Gates 1-59: Stay to your left, follow signs to the Gate Link. After exiting the Gate Link, exit the secured area and proceed to the Gates 1-59 Security Checkpoint. Once you clear security, board the Gate Link that corresponds to your gate number.
- For Terminal C or the Train Station:
- Stay to your left, follow signs to the Gate Link.
- Take the escalator, stairs, or elevator up one level and board the Gate Link to Terminals A and B (Travel time is approximately 1 minute).
- After exiting the Gate Link, leave the secured area and follow the signs to “Terminal C.”
- Take the Terminal Link to Terminal C and the Train Station (Travel time is approximately 4 minutes).
- After exiting the Terminal Link, follow signs / announcements to Terminal C or the Train Station.
