CUSTOMS & IMMIGRATION

After exiting the aircraft, all passengers will be required to clear Customs & Immigration. Please have your passports and any other required documents available for inspection. Global Entry kiosks and the CBP Mobile Passport App are also available for eligible passengers.

BAG CLAIM

After clearing Customs and Immigration, claim your bags from the baggage carousel then proceed to the exit.

BAGGAGE TRANSFER

After exiting Customs and Immigration either keep your checked bags with you, or have them transferred to Terminal A or B by placing them on the baggage belt.

TRANSPORTATION TO THE MAIN TERMINAL

Proceed up the escalator, stairs or elevator up to the Gate Link station.

SHUTTLE TO THE MAIN TERMINAL

The ride to Terminal A or B takes just over one minute. Pay attention to the signage and announcements directing you to either Bag Claim A or Bag Claim B. The shuttle will arrive on level 3 of the Terminal A or B.

TERMINAL A & B

Upon arrival on Level 3 of Terminal A or B, look for the large illuminated letters indicating Bag Claim A or Bag Claim B.

BAGGAGE CLAIM

Take the stairs, escalator or elevator down to Level 2 or Level 1 for bag claim and ground transportation. Check the monitors to determine the correct baggage carousel for your flight.

DEPARTING THE AIRPORT

Curbside pick-up by private car and ride-share services is on the Arrivals/Bag Claim Level (Level 2).

Rental Cars, Economy (Satellite) Parking Shuttles, Taxis, Shuttle Vans, Resort Transportation and Buses are on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1).

BAGGAGE CLAIM

After exiting Customs and Immigration you will arrive in the meet & greet area/domestic bag claim on Level 6 of Terminal C.
