I've lost my item how do I report it?

There are 3 ways to report your item missing:

You can walk to the Lost and Found office located in Termninal A - Level 1 (Main Processing Office) or Terminal C - Level 1.

I found an item where do I turn it in?

Lost and Found is located in the Terminal A (Main Processing Office) on Level 1 and in Terminal C on Level 1. You can use the 'Where Is?' Portion of this app to get turn-by-turn directions to lost and found from anywhere in the facility.

What are Lost and Found operating hours?

Located in Terminal A on Level 1 (Main Processing Office): Open 7:00am-7:30pm, Daily
Located in Terminal C on Level 1: Open 8:00am-4:00pm, Daily

Note about Terminal C Lost and Found: All items from Terminal C are moved to the main location on Terminal A Level 1 at 4:00pm daily for storage.
