Over the past decade, the Orlando International Airport (MCO) has seen a significant surge in activity, with annual passenger numbers surpassing 50 million annually. Recent developments, such as Terminal C and the Train Station have only further contributed to the demand.

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority is initiating an update to the MCO Master Plan to address the Airport’s developmental needs over the next 20 years and beyond. The MCO Master Plan Update will include holistic analyses of existing Airport facilities, the development of aviation activity forecasts, identification of any deficiencies, and the evaluation of potential development strategies that would meet the Airport's needs for the short, medium, and long-term planning horizons.
